Your Facilitator:
Zen Benefiel, creator of Be The Dream, LLC, left the aerospace world in 1989 and has an MBA in Project Management, an MA in Organizational Management as well as Certifications as a Hypnotherapist, Secondary Teacher and Transformational Life Coach. He began co-producing public events in 1988, after creating Be The Dream, with "A Metaphysical Coming Together" at the Arizona Biltmore and nearly 300 attendees. He went on to produce and host "One World" television show, where 'Zen' was born, in 1990 with over 120 shows over the three-year run. The decade of the 90s, he was a primary coordinator for Tempe's Old Towne Arts Festivals and New Year's Eve Block Party, both events drawing 250,000+.
Shifting gears, he taught high school for five years and then Business Plan classes through MCCCD for two, always stressing the need to develop healthy relationships in doing business, honoring the customer and employees/staff in the process. More recently he facilitates road and bridge construction partnering workshops. Entering the Web in 2000, he has created several websites and built traffic up to 25,000 unique visitors a month (300,000/yr) before social media became his focus in 2003. Several years of exploration, participation, research and study led to a series of Social Media workshops.
