Tools for Abundance

It’s all over the news. Life Coaching has become a trend and it’s because it works. In the last decade, thousands have become coaches to share their expertise in various fields. In the wake of recent financial and economic trends, even more are turning to coaches to sort things out and create an action plan to meet immediate needs and build for the future.

Wherever you look, it seems like most everybody has a Life Coach or Business Coach, and I believe it’s a wonderful idea as procrastination and lack of guidance are two of the major problems that interfere when we want to achieve our goals in life. I'm working on my dreams, too, so coaching clients becomes a very selective process. I've found something that can work just as well for most people.

When we have somebody hold us accountable for our progress it is much easier to see results. It isn't like the old programs from 'mom & dad' that drive you insane from the deep-seated insecurity and desire to please. It's much different than that today. You can get great help. Coaching schedules can be so demanding that we rely on referrals. A good coach is priceless.

Speaking of priceless, the problem for many is cost. I know people who could greatly benefit from a Life Coach but just can’t afford one… is that you, too? If so, you are in for a big treat, a model of what I set forth earlier. As part of building my natural referral network, I check people out. Now I have a very busy schedule and still manage to serve clients, but Tamara's program streamlines the effort and delivers great results. I believe, as coaches, we simply MUST support one another. Now, like every one of my reviews, honesty comes first. I've used some of Tamara's secrets and marketing expertise as well. It is solid. So here is my opinion...

Pros

The eProgram is excellent. It is divided in 3 parts: an ebook, a workbook and one-on-one coaching for the duration of the eProgram. I'm working on a similar program myself, but she's ahead of the game.

The information presented in the ebook is clear and very straight forward. No filler, fluff or confusing information. The eProgram –as she calls it- is separated in seven sections called modules. In education, we call it 'chunking' information so it is digestible and easy to use.

You’re supposed to complete the program in seven weeks, one module per week homework included. The workbook is also great. You'll know when to complete every section according to what you were working on that particular week.

The best part is the personalized coaching… every time you get stuck or needed clarification, Tamara will be just an e-mail away and I could tell she knows her stuff. And to my surprise, she was always prompt to reply… I really don’t know how she does it!

Cons

The coaching is only through e-mail, which may be an issue for problems that require deeper exploration. However, if you have never tried coaching and would like to see if it is for you, I highly recommend you start with Tamara’s approach.
