When Zen first began
his work with me, my old patterns of denial and avoidance reared their
ugly heads, attempting to keep me safe from myself. Alas, with Zen’s
persistence and patience, he has empowered me to face my fears and get out
of my own way. My growth has been exponential. What I have discovered are
the treasures buried inside me and I am no longer afraid to confront my
