Our Vision
The vision for
Be The Dream, LLC is to assist
breakthroughs in personal, professional and even planetary transformation where
possible; transforming our world toward holding anthropic (human life-friendly)
lifestyles to be most important. The recent completion of the ISO 26000
standards for social responsibility allows the global support of
this vision in all its presentations. It serves as a working
document for encouraging intentional action of companies and
corporations toward socially responsible action.

Successful leaders know that it takes more than a good plan to
succeed in business. It takes an empowered organization, focused on
realistic goals, driven by compassionate leadership. It takes vision. It takes
consensus regarding
a mission with
a sense of purpose.
Personal and professional leadership hinges on knowing where you are
going, beginning with
the end in mind and proceeding to incorporate values and
ethics that are congruent with best practices today. Creating a vision that is
larger than life can and does lead to greater success by allowing the freedom to
believe in more than your plan.
We include articles, coursework, facilitated
partnering, and keynote presentations in our coaching, consulting and partnering
workshops. We also craft custom workshops for integrating best practices and
change management for you and/or your company.
The theme "The Shift - Challenge to Change, removing
liabilities, limitations and excuses in the workplace" was the Valley of
the Sun Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development's
thrust for the 2010 annual conference, led by our founder and
possibilities coagulator, Bruce 'Zen' Benefiel, as Conference Chair.
Be The Dream, LLC also seeks to facilitate long-term
relationships that will lead to the development of model environments for
at-risk or challenged youth, offering the tools for transcendence from
situations that have not served their best interests. One such concept,
Spectrum Academy,
includes cottage industry instruction, rites of passage in a peer-community environment
and self-funding opportunities that engage the community-at-large.
